10. Consumers
If you use the Website as a consumer, or as an entrepreneur with consumer rights, you have the rights arising from the Consumer Rights Act (ustawa o prawach konsumenta) and the Civil Code - including the right to withdraw from a distance contract, as a general rule within 14 days of its conclusion in the case of a contract for the provision of services. Merely starting work does not mean the loss of this right.
For paid services, the right of withdrawal may expire once the service has been fully performed, with your express and prior consent, if before the performance began we informed you of the loss of the right upon full performance and you acknowledged this information. Commencing performance at your express request before the withdrawal period has expired may mean an obligation to pay proportionately for the part performed in the event of withdrawal. We provide the details and the required information before the contract is concluded.
You will find information on out-of-court dispute resolution on the website of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK): polubowne.uokik.gov.pl.

Matters not regulated herein are governed by the provisions of Polish law. Any disputes with entities that are not consumers shall be resolved by the court with jurisdiction over the Service Provider's registered seat.
