Where does the system get the knowledge for articles and conversations with clients?

It uses materials about your company - your offer, service descriptions and answers to frequently asked questions. In the ready-made option, we upload the materials you provide once - up to 10 subpages or files in total. Based on them, the system creates content, and the AI Assistant advises within the agreed scope, without being limited to the article itself.

Preparing an extensive knowledge base and selecting topics for future publications based on questions from conversations are options available with the Enterprise implementation.

Can AI-written articles be visible in search engines?

Yes - they can appear both in traditional search results and in AI answers. Google does not exclude content because it was created with artificial intelligence. What matters is that it is reliable, useful and adds its own value. However, automatic publishing alone does not guarantee high rankings or citations in AI answers.

How does the AI Assistant help win clients from the blog?

It does more than summarise the text. It talks to readers about their situation, answers follow-up questions and helps them check whether your offer is right for them. At the right moment, it suggests a consultation, a callback or a summary by e-mail. Readers decide for themselves whether to share their details, and you receive the contact together with information about what they need.

How much does the system cost and do I pay a subscription?

€699 excl. VAT, one-off for the ready-made system in the “Articles with AI Assistant” option, with no subscription for the system. The system runs on your hosting and uses your API key. Hosting and AI usage are paid for separately. The Enterprise implementation is priced individually.

Additional configuration and optimisation cost €69 excl. VAT per hour plus the cost of AI usage. We bill for the actual time spent, and we agree the scope and estimated cost before work begins. You pay for AI usage on your account directly to the provider; the cost of usage on our account while we work for you is charged separately, based on actual usage and with no mark-up.

The system runs on your hosting and API key. You pay for hosting and AI usage separately.

What does the materials import include?

We import up to 10 subpages or files on a one-off basis, up to 100,000 characters of text including spaces in total. One source means one specific subpage or one file - a homepage address does not mean importing the entire website. Materials should contain finished, readable text. Preparing documentation, reading scans, transcriptions and additional imports are quoted separately.

How do we bill additional work and AI?

We agree the scope and estimated cost before work begins. Configuration and optimisation are billed according to the actual time spent: €69 excl. VAT/h. You pay for AI usage on your account directly to the provider. The actual cost of usage on our account while working for you is added with no mark-up. We do not recharge usage already paid for on your account. Integrations, migrations and bespoke development require an individual quote.

What can we tailor in Enterprise?

We can prepare the knowledge, conversation scenarios, testing and goals for the Assistant: matching the right offer, step-by-step forms, booking meetings or the purchase process. The Assistant can also work beyond the blog. Client questions can be used to create new articles and insights for website messaging and advertising. The scope may also include a custom design, integrating, moving or merging the blog, and connections with CRM and other systems. Optional ongoing cooperation on refining the solution is possible.
